Stage Fight Scotland is committed to the advancement and innovation of stage & screen combat, and to the development of the next generation of performers, across all entertainment disciplines. 

For the entertainment industry, SFS offers fight choreography and direction for professional stage & screen work based on the principles of Action Design, using design thinking and consent-based practices to create dynamic and visceral storytelling that moves audiences while respecting performers.

For performers, SFS is the only provider of professional stage combat training in Scotland, certified by the British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat. The BASSC is the leading provider of professional level stage combat training in the UK.

SFS is on a journey to increase accessibility to these skills. SFS aims to provide a Brave Space in which for performers of any background to feel comfortable and confident in acquiring marketable skills, and learning how to perform the highest-stakes moments in storytelling.
